The Five Learning Systems is a workshop designed to help educators understand how the cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and reflective systems interact and affect a student's ability to learn.

- To know how the brain and body function to learn information and increase retention
- To design a classroom that maximizes learning

- Teachers will personalize lesson plans to accommodate the five learning systems.
- Teachers will understand the physical relationship between the brain and body and vary learning strategies to meet the needs of the whole student.
- Teachers will recognize how to positively affect the social, reflective, and emotional systems.
- Teachers will facilitate student-created, brain-based activities.
